Sitadevi Zonneveld receives the prize of the students
Grief is a universal yet deeply personal experience that is often marginalised by society. A gap arises between inner feelings and outward expression, necessitating a creative approach. The project explores physical forms of expression of grief and their translation into textile and spatial configurations. Design is understood here as a mediating practice that transforms emotion, materiality and the public sphere into relational spaces of experience. The prize was presented by jury members Lena Schüler and Juliana-Antonia Greve. Examiners: Prof. Melanie Isverding and Prof. Franziska Junge
