At the end of each semester, a jury of HAWK students honours a thesis in the bachelor's and master's degree programs.
Lena Schüler will be recognised for her master's thesis in the field of Metal Design & Jewellery excellent. It was created by Prof. Melanie Isverding and Ellen Ropeter.
In dialogue with a person suffering from rheumatism, Lena Schüler developed an ergonomic watch with a special closure that can be used with one hand. With one of tape woven from the hair of the deceased horses of the person.
The focus is not on healing, but on personal support.
